SHALL I FIND FAITH 1
ZERO FAITH
"I tell you that he will avenge, them speedily., Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? " Luke 18:8.
Faith is said to be "the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." Hebrews 11:1. Studying the resume of those men and women of faith in this book of Hebrews 11 cast questions on what people call faith in the body of Christ now a days.
People's understanding of what faith is, is casting aspersion on the genuiness of what they call faith.
In the hearts of many worshippers is what Jesus called zero faith. They claim to belong to the body of Christ, but have no faith to walk with God, stand their ground against pressure, lack, delay, persecution and say no to unrighteousness. They perverse godliness.
They enjoy the act of God but cannot understand His way at all. Such people claim to belong to the body of Christ but deny the power there of. The Lord called them faithless.
"Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long, shall I be with you? how long, shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me." Matthew 17:17.
While many children of God are faith-full, these ones are faith-less. They possess zero faith. When the Lord expected to find faith, there is none.
Such people cannot receive anything from God. It is the faith in Him that would make us follow Him through and through.
Zero faith carriers would seek for solutions anywhere and anyhow including from devilish quarters.
All the inhabitants of Jericho heard what the Lord wrath through the Israelites. Rahab also heard it. The heart of all of them melted because they had no faith.
"And as soon as we had heard these things, our hearts did melt, neither did there remain any more courage in any man, because of you: for the LORD your God, he is God in heaven above, and on earth beneath." Joshua 2:11.
