WAITING WARS

WAITING WARS
After seeing the Mount Zion Movie, Waiting Wars, I must say the period of waiting is a warfare that could either lead you to shifting your grounds, if you're not careful or into ground breaking testimonies.

It all depends on how much you trust God, the quality of your decisions and actions while waiting.

It may not be easy, but that you are currently waiting for a certain result, manifestation or promise of God concerning your life doesn't mean you are wasting time.

Waiting for admission?

Waiting for a life partner?

Waiting for your dream job?

Waiting for that result?

Don't comprise, don't lose your faith, don't give up, don't doubt, don't rush into getting what you seek by all means, don't rush into just any open door of opportunity (some are traps of the Devil).

Don't wait idly.

Stay strong. God's word says: "Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it."

Ask those who waited patiently and trusted Him for one thing or the other, the end was worth it. God never fails.

What is it you're waiting for?

Stay with God, walk in purpose, add value to yourself, prepare for it, wait to receive it... It may tarry, but it will surely come.

It made me realize that we are always waiting for something at every point in our lives, even if what we are waiting for is different from what others are waiting for.

However, waiting can be tough and can make you feel helpless. As believers, we know that we are not helpless, and worrying won't solve anything. Once you've done all you can, you just need to wait for God to do the rest - what you can't do.

So, no matter what you are waiting for, rest assured that it will come.

I could relate to every story told in the movie.

Waiting is tough!

Particularly if you walk with God.

However, there is something that struck me from Mama Gloria's words.

She was confident that she heard the Lord. She acknowledged that she is human and could be mistaken but that God's word remains true.

Alas! God's word came to pass. Even though what she waited for didn't happen through the pastor as she had envisaged, God's word was still fulfilled through the waiting couple.

Perhaps, you are at the edge of giving up on God, here is a reminder not to quit.

God's word will be fulfilled

Hold on to your faith

And trust the Lord through every season.

Wait! Again, I say, Wait!

But, the question is: will you be ready for it when it does come? This message spoke to me, and I hope it does the same for you.
